never experienced this kind of greed, conzip is so expensive, distributors are refusing to carry it. It literally cannot be ordered. In many states we are selling a drug that is not available. How many price increases have they done? Conzip AG is as expensive as the brand. Wall Street VC investors are really running until the wheels come off. How long will this last?

 

thats precisely why these TURDS recruit candidates with little to no pharma experience, these "GREEN" entry level punks think- sales call=phone call, they have no point of reference-in other words they don't know "what good looks like"
(Upper management will say they want reps that are "hungry"-wrong, just a smoke screen), they want reps who truly believe this is the best job they've ever had...
not many can be fooled for that long,
...otherwise, the most tenured rep wouldn't be 3-4 years with the company

My Manager babies the team however we have caught on to what a shitty company this is. In fact, everyone will be moving on as soon (around the one year mark) once we have enough experience under our belt.

Vertical is so cheap they only pay speakers $750 ....My doctors have told me that normal companies pay $1500 for specialist therefore are not interested in speaking for an insulting rate of $750.

This company pays the PNV Specialist on TARGETS ONLY and WHC Reps on Universe therefore if a PNV has a lunch with 5-6 providers and sells them all they only get credit for the ONE TRAGET in the group - BS!!!!

Biggest red flag, (or should I say "one of the biggest"), is that we don't get credit for mid-level prescribers rx's (np's/pa's)-every other company allows credit (literally), a sale is a sale-right?
WRONG! Not around here anyways.

And this also begs the question, if our goals are based on "market size" and a key component of the entire market (per territory) includes the Rx's of mid-level prescribers, shouldn't we get credit for those Rx's or have our goals reduced to reflect only what the MD's,DO's,etc. are writing?
This would also inflate sales and make the company look more attractive from a resale perspective, so they don't have to "cook the books" to look so suspiciously accurate...

What a sketchy-scum-bag-move, which brings me to my next question;
