I know cafepharma isn't the best place to ask about any company but can someone please give me some honest feedback on working here as a territory manager? Thanks

Could someone with actual experience besides living in their mothers basement give some feedback on the company and position? Thanks

I think it is a great company with great drugs. We have new leadership that is very hands on... they give us the tools to our job but the drugs are expensive.

    So hands on means micromanaged?

    High expectations - 4-5 in-services a week
They expect you to work in field 8-5 with sigs.
Things are always changing / no consistency
    I like my manager though
Good money. 70-80k salary for Polaris, 90K+ salary for GI
We are given very little Samples - always a shortage which is annoying to the doctors.
Company car is equinox - can upgrade to traverse for 5K
    Good healthcare benefits
    Stock options
    3 weeks vacation
We also get Christmas week to NY day off too
    Company phone (Glaxy or iPhone)
    Company iPad
    Company think pad
    $50 Internet
    Background check through hire right
    Drug test
    Kickers & contest often
They provide A LOT of good marketing materials
Products are very expensive (cash) and MC can is tough.
You can make a lot of money here if you play your cards right.

the above is absolutely accurate. But it all depends on who your manager is. I have been here a little over a year and had two. The first was the best manager I have ever had in this industry. My current....complete Dick bag. Makes my day to day work life almost impossible. Figure out who the manager is and ask around. It will make the biggest difference here besides everything else

She's a terrible micromanager! I'm sure she told you the territory was one of the best in the country. I'd run!!!
