Customer Service Reps?? Anyone know anything?

    Saw some postings for work from home, Customer Service Reps in a non-selling role...any insights?

    Its basically a sales role. Dropping samples, detailing HCPs with a focus on insurance, talking to entire office. Depending on contract you may or may not be the primary sales force for certain medication. The pay is much less than normal sales reps.
