    would anyone really be surprised by the annual Eisai layoff? Been going strong since 2007.

    Sad but True. Despite Paul never having grown any business he has led, he always manages to get a promotion out of a layoff or re-org. He must turn on the charm upstream because he generally seems like a self serving arrogant ass.

    for neuro, at best they’ll be converted to quintiles, oncology is expanding right now but that will change in a year.
