Not any business, if that's what they're concerned with.

Notice the poster asked...what do "they" drive....probably the reason that you're not saying "we"! Get out of that primary care mindset and may get a specialty position.

Get over yourself. Specialty rep? Selling a drug to someone who treats said condition all day, everyday is like selling fertilizer to a landscaper. It's the easiest job in pharma. Like selling AIDS drugs exclusively to infectious disease specialist, selling Afib drugs to cardiologists is a no-brainer. I should know, I work for Tibotec. But, keep patting yourself on the back. I am guessing you actually have one of those highly skilled, high IQ jobs in J&J management.

So, Xarelto, based on your anger towards any specialty pharma position, should only be marketed to veterenarians, ENT physicians and....what else....podiatrists? Would that be a "tougher" sale to you then? Do you even understand the point of a specialized customer base to sell to? It isn't rocket science. Not sure what you're all fired up about. Everyone who took this job, took it for the MONEY and getting out of whatever garbage situation our former employers were in. That's it. "We" could care less what/whom we're selling to, just show us the money baby.
