Salary depends on several factors including experience, education, etc. STRONGLY advise you NOT to work here. They call us "specialty" reps but we are no different from a primary care rep with me too product. Highly micro managed and strong liklihood of company being sold and major layoffs in near future. Many of us are looking elsewhere.

This looks like a terrible situation, with Pfizer reps spying on you, a product that is a me too for the most part, and definitely not a specialty opportunity, even though the job title say so (designed to sucker good reps into doing the job).

Add the micromanagement, and you have a mess.

Find a real specialty job, not this. Leave this to the amateurs that have average selling skills and like to hide behind a strong marketing team and pod mates.

Yes- As "specialty" rep I also call on select IMs and FPs. And to be honest, calling on CDs is not so different. Lots of reps and hard to access with "me too" product. Way too many of us calling on same customers- same type of issues we all dealt with as primary care reps.

Wow. Mostly honest, accurate posts here. But truth is, it's about easy money. You'd have a much tougher time in the real world. Count $$_ your blessings, drink, eat rich, play or whatever you do....as that's what the god machine has given you here in your fantasy world. Some have serious trials. They know it's fantasy and use. Some don't suffer trial but love the charade as everyone chugs along the big long pharma track.

And then, think, you can lie as you lay there in old age and say, you saved lives.
