    It seeems if CVS Sales Territory Executive is adding responsibility i.e, AI, CF, PAH Hepatitis B to one sales force they would pay more then 85-95 base? Has anyone heard different ?

    I got 93k base ...honestly didn’t negotiate they went off my old salary from prior company . It was what I was offered .

    So, now that one of the most gluttonous human beings, Larry J. Merlo, to ever walk the earth is transitioning out of his stranglehold of CVS Health we have Aetna's brilliant, KAREN LYNCH. Exceptional! Healthcare genius! Beyond reproach in her business savvy and strategic vision! Transformational leader!

    One simple question to start, "WHAT WILL CHANGE at one of the most imbalanced, immoral and essentially unethical companies this country has ever seen in your TOTAL EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION?"

    Your the 40th, we believe, female to run a Fortune 500 company. Prove you are different, TRULY TRANSFORMATIONAL:

    • NOW, is the time to show AMERICA that women in corporate leadership are NOT part of the GOOD 'OL BOYS that CVS personified. We all know this to be fact. Now, CVS Health wants a new look, a new image, so YOU, female, Karen Lynch are Chief Executive Officer of the 6th largest company in the United States of America. Good! But what will you change that some GUY wouldn't change? What risks will you take that genuinely show people you, as a WOMAN, are a different, better, fairer, whatever, kind of leader? Or are you? You've gotten this far how?
    • NOW is the time to actually PAY YOURSELF, and YOU CAN, FAR LESS in total compensation. Larry was the epitome of gluttony and excess compared to the average CVS worker. You've made enough money for multiple lifetimes, Karen. Now, set a NEW transformation standard that people will look up to you for generations. IF you don't do that, your are a false god - a nothing leader. A moral relativist that picks and chooses what makes you appear to be moral, ethical with a false integrity.
    • PROVE that you will be different, bold and run this company as an example of RESPECT to decent, extremely hard working pharmacists. Larry was one but long ago forgot where he came from.
      • That means really changing the BRUTAL, SLAVE-LIKE metrics and parameters that bury pharmacists and techs alive.
      • Given how CVS Health runs it's Pharmacies: Truly, come clean and admit PATIENTS ARE AT RISK every day they walk into or drive through a CVS Pharmacy for significant drug error.
    So, which is it - Oh, great "leader" of the massive CVS Health army?
    • Will you be JUST ANOTHER CEO?
    • Or as a WOMAN in power of one of the largest companies this countries ever seen, demonstrate a genuine sense of reform, transition to fairness, moral decency and high integrity that is not another empty example of moral relativism?
    • Let's START with Total Executive Compensation for KAREN LYNCH? How will you "let" them pay you when you could make 100 times the average CVS worker and be perfectly fine. But, I know 100 times those peasants is not enough. They can't tie their second hand shoes.

    What’s going on at CVS specialty? Reps leaving, managers leaving, not backfilling. Seems like the ship is sinking under the new all therapy model.

    it’s aweful .. goals are right, people not working making more in bonuses. New reps making 110-115 start base … more than old timers
