So lets see. "Culture" is the theme of our little pitty party.

Let's market a twice a day, diarrhea causing, cramp producing, lymphocyte eating, pml fearing, minimally efficacious medicine that the entire MS population has previously cycled through. And let's grow this said medicine in certain markets, and lets "maintain" in others.

Folks, this is an impossible feat.

Now onto "culture" Pople here are running like the wind, and for those who stay, I ask why? Once my background check clears I am out. Unfortunately I will have to attend this meeting because the timing just did not work out, but sitting there "role playing" for the last time will feel so very sweet. To sit and watch all the pathetic individuals who are treated like doormats....c'mon we all know who they are (at least here in the east)

Mike in Philly...waiting for the RD job that will never come your pathetic way
Chris in NY...waiting for the RD job that will never come your pathetic way
Matt in Boston....waiting for the RD job that will never come your pathetic way

All of you are brainwashed into thinking this company is the end all be all. My 6 years here, some have been good, most have been awful. We become comfortable. We become lazy. We become part of this terrible organization. For me, I welcome this meeting, to remind me what I will be giving up to move forward. For the rest of you, get out while you control your own destiny. This weeks small "bump" in layoffs is just the beginning of a massive movement to rid this company of high salary individuals in the field. As Tec continues to erode (which it will) the need for 175+ overpaid army will diminish as the AOP becomes more and more farther to obtain. By the end of 2018, the sales team will be down to 80. You heard it here first. I know what I am talking about.

I will be at the bar each and every night this week with a huge smile on my face. Drinks are on me all night long! Can't wait to celebrate my departure!

    Cheers to my last certification!

Reality Folks. True true true. The grass IS greener out there! The ones let go or leaving are the ones snatching up the jobs you’ll wish you had later. Consider yourself warned!

Alisha has already done so much to destroy morale and this recent layoff that had no need proved it. Sure it was minimal but people’s lives affected. Alisha was run out of Novartis MS for a reason! She is inept!

Ha HA Alisha is garbage she ruined Novartis I can tell you 50 examples. We were jumping up and down when she left. How you guys hired her is amazing and gave her a promotion. You also hired Ralph Kern that loser and he was let go. Would would a great company like Biogen hire bums from Novartis. Keep doing it we love it. Alisha always need a scapegoat how many people were forced out or on PIP's

Funny how people who over-perform love Alisha and see what she brings to the table. People who under-perform are super critical of her work and personal life. Wonder why? Coincidence?

Wrong she fired people at Novartis who were President club winners because they had a bad year. She
wanted everyone in the Botton 20% on PIP's even if you had 20 great years. Glad you like her keep her forever, She is trash and unprofessional her cans are always out.
