Does anyone know if Dan Perlman's (former CEO of RPS) non-compete is over and if he is starting another company?
Yes, but it's likely short lived. The guy's been on the take with Mike Smith for years now, both of them outsourcing clinical operations to Dan's company leaving a path of destruction, broken careers/dreams, and maiming the companies so they are unable to meet deadlines and get the job done. Interesting that the two join forces, now that there are no big pharma companies interested in this ruse- it's only a matter of time before the collusion catches up with them and shuts it all down.
Agree with the above posts and still find it funny that he suggests he founded RPS in 1998, many years and millions of dollars after it was founded by someone we all know.
