Dealer commissions and manufacturer product incentives

    Dental dealers pay their salespeople a higher level of commission for a product that is sold from their preferred partner vs when their salespeople sell one of our items (even though the gross profit from our item is more for the dealer company). So is the only way to win over the competition, to offer sales incentives direct/indirect to salespeople? How would that be possible?

    Any other ideas?
