If you want real performance change then make real changes with qualified people coming from the right background and experience with top industry minds. Not only do our new leaders not know our products nor the business they do not have the social skills necessary to carry on a conversation with customers or employees.

Flemming and Thomas are damaging Galderma, making reckless decisions, building a Fortune 500 type of organization, alienating the workforce and destroying culture.

How much longer are you going to watch your investment go up in flames?

EQT before we have to drag ourselves through another sales quarter please do us a favor and get rid of Flemming once and for all if you want to save Galderma. I don't think we have a single person that has any confidence in his leadership.

EQT needs to dump the many airheads and dimwits this company has recently hired.

Why this loser who by now should know that he has not earned the respect of his employees still remains in the good graces of the Board is a big mystery to me.

Wishful thinking. Unfortunately. Not even tactics such as complaints to HR, Compliance, EQT nor people resorting to constant posts on here will change things. Thomas & Flemming are incapable of self-awareness because their ego gets in the way. Our investors prefer to watch from the sidelines until it is too late. It’s a sad sad situation.

Flemming is a most severely disrupted person. His narcissism and intellectual drawbacks, lack of business acumen, inability to control impulses and incapability to understand what’s going on around him is extremely dangerous and devastating for the company

Do it now, EQT, and bring the organization back to life. Please.

Galderma is at the worst I've ever seen. The few good executives were terminated or left on their own. Everyone else has checked out. It is very hard to get anything done because no one has a vested interest anymore. No communication. No leadership. No strategy.

Let's see how long this elite group of execs hired to make it big will last. Let’s see how long EQT continues to wayfeom the sidelines.
It cannot continue this way. Galderma is falling apart.

Look at this objectively. First, the company has an unimpressive and unqualified CEO. He may be a good physician but a CEO? Absurd.
His hiring leads to the obvious conclusion that the Board is either stocked with idiots or disengaged. Second, all hires in the C-Suite and senior leadership in past year have been less impressive than the people they replaced. If you don't have good leaders, the rest is meaningless.
This company is now the worst ever. Sales are declining and Galderma is hemorrhaging good talent. With empty pipelines (Nemo is late to market), uninspiring leadership, no company culture, overblown regional organizations, we won’t make it.

EQT: remember the old adage “Where there is smoke there is fire”.

I think if eqt really knew what was going on they would be shocked at some of the stuff or maybe they couldn’t care less this is why nothing is being done to improve the situation

When is the Board going to wake up and oust the underperforming Leadership team? EQT tolerates dead weight that pulls the entire company down. Place is horrendous.
