Your RD Louise. No wants to report to her. She gets rejected on every offer she provides to fill open spots for over a year

who are you supporting and what dirt does she have that has you keep your worst image of Lundbeck

Well regardless who she has seen naked. She looks like a complete horses ass now.

she has absolutely no emotional intelligence and she shoots first and she looks pathetic

 

She is way in over her head. Probably the most despised RM in the company. But, she fits in well with the Lundbeck management profile.

My friends at Lilly tell me she was fired from there and is a complete liar. They say “Do not trust her”.
Does anyone know if she fired from Lilly?

She acts surprised that she cannot fill the DC opening but she has fired the last 3 DM's there, nobody wants to work for LT

 

She's no different from all the managers in Lundbeck they all were either fired or chased out of other companies because they were nightmares. They only hire the reject managers no one wants or will hire then Lundy ends up having lawsuit after lawsuit from the crap these idiots think they can get away with and HR and compliance will protect them at all costs!! This company at one point had 63 opening that should speak volumes about what a complete nightmare it is to work here.

home office training sent an email few days ago saying that they were not going to create busy work just for the sake of giving us things to do. it said they were sensitive for us with kids at home. LT taking the opposite approach and just making things up to baby sit of each day

 

LT has no selfawareness. So many good people have left because of her and nobody wants to work for her.

 

She would have trouble being a greeter at WalMart! Perfect Lundbeck management material!

Louise Tramonte is an absolute nightmare. She has ZERO emotional intelligence and has NEVER been a team player. Hiring tenured people and treating them like it’s their first job out of college is her MO. She did nothing above and beyond to have her position other than telling lies and throwing people under the bus. She will smile in your face and work you like a dog promising you what you want, and then give it to the least deserving person who has been an initial hire or worked with her at Lily. She is beyond incompetent in finding and hiring talent!!!! A great example would be the Washington D.C. team. A high performing team that Louise single handily destroyed!!! Everyone has fled and that should be a testament as to her lack of leadership and inability to be a decent human being.
