New NSD......start by telling us to NOT use our vacation when we want. Can't take two weeks off without an act of congress ( strongly discouraged), can't extend vacation on national meeting. Any comments on when and how to take vacation does not foster a positive working environment. 2 day field visits for an experienced, specialty sales force? Really? Dare you to find another company that does the same! Make us sign a document that we won't use an outdated promotional piece? Wow!...............Maybe you should trust us! People feel a better sense of belonging if you treat them like adults! More would want to stay if you did.
Are you surprised? This is yet another head of sales (8 in 8 years) who can't figure out how to grow sales, so it must be something like people using vacation time inappropriately, not working hard enough, etc... Fricking unbelievable. Then you have CH with her over-the-top compliance sign-offs. She still thinks she's at Bayer under a CIA. Best advice - get out as quickly as possible.
