    Can we get the ball rolling here! You have half your company interviewing. Managment interviewing. You are about to lose talent. You have spots open long term.

    Lets get the mojo going. Let's motivate and tell us about a great future of opportunity around the corner.

    Or you will need to rebuild it all as all we are doing now is driving in circles around the same roads.

    And the consultants are the only ones winning. They dont care how long it takes for you to get off your ass.

    Wouldn't hurt for you to also look at your salary metrics. It needs a review and revamp.

    Hahahaha! You're so right but your missing the point. Ranbaxy leadership actually wants it this way. They promote mediocre people then underpay or fire their most talented. That way management has no competition for real leadership and they can continue running in circles with nobody getting wise.
