Back log of applications could easily push many mid-year PDUFA dates into 2021.

They had to sell common stock three weeks ago to raise funds as they are spending money like a black jack gambler with a real expensive hooker

so now stock watered down for common stock fund raising.

doesn’t take a genius to put two and two together on this. Better come out strong.

Dcph had to sell common stock 3 weeks ago to fund raise capital as their expenses are flying

so they have already watered down their stick over expenses needing fund raiser

and their delay and any impact to market is a year off.
