The management isn't good because the company isnt good and the morale is even worse. There is no real incentive because there is so much disruption.

 

Te entire device industry is a giant shit show right now, very depressing used to be a great place to work. I want out, we need a f'n support group for Ex-Med Device...

 

I'm surprised I didn't see anything about Eric Morrison on here, even though he has since left the company. I heard this guy was a nightmare.
