I believe in a 15/7/2 approach. We should all get at least 7 hours of restful sleep...and spend at least 2 hours per day focused on our own fitness (physical and spiritual). That leaves 15 hours each and every day to do what we want to do. Some of that will be focused on work...but there is still time to focus on play if we manage our time correctly. Bob
