    How about that earnings call? Un-freaking real! We are in some serious trouble.
    Huge losses, stock plummeting, decreasing head count
    How could something that was once so good is now so bad?
    Lack of leaders
    Lack of integrity
    So sad

    In a year’s time, this Zacks Rank #4 (Sell) stock has declined 43.9% against the industry’s 4.3% growth. The current level is also lower than the S&P 500 index’s rally of 8.5%.

    AND more than 5 years of tenure

    Augins out. No worries though, he still has VIP Gold Card at Spring Break in Daytona and the Bottle Buddy franchise.

    Management meeting in Charlotte on Jan 2 to unveil new North American restructuring plan. Heard McKinsey and Associates helping with changes. Weren't they the same ones that DS had for last several years who guides DS through the merger.

    Doesn't DS have 2 Board members that were former partners at MA, along with Michael Augins that worked at MA ? Why would the company decide to use the same old consultants that messed up this company after the merger ? Shouldn't highly compensated executives be able to figure out a plan without bring in consultants ?

    I get this feeling that the reorganization plan is being made up as we go along. Perhaps that’s why they can’t tell any of their employees what’s going on because they, themselves, don’t know.

    No class in how they handled the Tulsa layoffs, from what I hear.

    How does Don Cassey keep his job??? He should be removed by the board as it is clear he is clueless. Even if you are clueless you should surround yourself with talent, go get some people from the outside to fix this thing before all the value evaporates.
