Salary of about $165,000 and Variable Compensation target of about $100,000. The problem is its very difficult to have much of an impact on Regional results.
I am very skeptical of the long term viability of these newly added RM positions. Yes, you can make some money but for how long. Ive seen the way these positions are micromanaged and their overall ineptness of true business processes. Trauma is a mess right now, Mitek is being killed and CMF is a few years from rolling at much needed new technology although their leadership is fantastic. I’m baffled by some of their business decisions.
