    Galderma has a non-compete; so they should not be considered for any opportunity in Derm.

    The industry knows this. Any current Galderma rep interviewing for a Derm position better hope they get the job or get fired by their current company. It's happened before.

    I've been in the Derm industry for almost 20 years with some experience in hiring. Interviewed with almost all companies with Derm products and this is standard among companies. The poster above is right. Anyone who takes a chance and interviews elsewhere outside of their current company should really think twice. You sign a non compete with the current company you work for so you could definitely be fired if your current finds out. Chances are they WILL find out whether through the recruiter, the DM or someone in HR. I've seen this happen a many times. They will not disclose the real reason you were fired, but most of the time if you're looking elsewhere, your numbers and territory probbly suck anyway so they'll use that as reason you're being let go.

    You can have all the non competes you want, they don't hold up in court in Texas, they are illegal in many states.

    was fired from Galderma. Replaced immediately with someone that actually brought talent

    what? They actually canned someone? They should look into the expense reports of Noemi Sandoval Bagstad-seriously. She abuses like badddddd the company card and buys lots of food you know "lunches, snacks, " for her family and writes it off as for an office. Her three kids have their friends over & brag how their mommy gets all food free with company card. Like Noemi you should tell your stupid kids not to brag about it- you could get into TROUBLE. But wait isn't that why Amgen fired you????
