Derm division

After looking at numerous companies that have been bought out by big pharma companies I have come to the conclusion that all that is good eventually will turn to shit. Intendis was truly one of the best places I worked in my entire career. The guys that built it were genuine and cared about the company and it's employees. It's just a shame that these nazis ruined the Company.

Screw you Bayer and the idiots you brought in to destroy Intendis!

I got a call for a phone interview on an expansion for Finacea. Hows the product doing? Easy sell? hows managed care and are goals attainable?! Thanks in advance!

 

Dear MF, Is it true that you only played hockey at Cornell for only two years, not the four that you always boast about? Are you really as good as you 'think' you are? It is true that you are a 'legend' in your own mind. The 'drift' on the street is that your launch of Finacea Foam is a disaster and both the gel & foam are not performing well. Perhaps, it is time that you get removed from your position. You are not a leader, in fact, you are just a ice-rink bully! Everyone knows that you are only a penalty-killer, nothing more & nothing less! You don't have the 'Midas' touch. In fact, everything that you touch fails. You are a one hit wonder, if even that. What goes around will come around and your day is coming. The entire field force knows how you treat people. They have not loyalty to you because you do not have any for them. None of them would ever cover your six, because you are untrustworthy. One would hope that HR @ Bayer would come to the realization that you are highly unethical and improper. It is time that you bring your torch into the tribal meeting to have in put out. You are the cancer that needs to be removed from the organization. What is going on with all of the DSM & Rep turnover at Bayer Dermatology? Who is the VP of Sales there? Why doesn't HR look into this situation? Inquiring minds want to know the real truth behind the mass exodus of truly outstanding sales professionals. The 'Head' of the snake needs to be severed, or fear of having more people leave!

 

Come on EU in HR for Bayer Dermatology! You are fully aware of all of the Bull Shite that 'MF & BG' have pulled over the years. They have destroyed a once awesome company (division) in Bayer Healthcare. How can you just standby and allow MF bullying tactics and behavior? Where there is smoke, there is fire! MF cannot be trusted, nor will anyone truly follow his lead because he is not an honest, trustworthy and sincere leader. In fact, he is just a snake in the grass. Hopefully someday, Bayer will can his ass and find a true leader, not just a washed up, wannabe former college hockey player who thinks he should have been or could have been in the NHL. The question is: Did he ever truly play as well as he continually boasts about himself? He may only be a legend in his own mind!

Hey Fred (MF), What are you going to do now that Bayer HealthCare has decided to sell the division that you lead into the ground? Your reputation in the industry is not as stellar as you think it is! Do you really think that any other organization will really want you as their leader? Probably not, time to pack up your gear and head out of the locker room. You might be able to lead the janitorial team in some locker room for the NJ Devils. How about cleaning some urinals or toilets? Oh that's right, you are too good for that! Great use of your IVY League education and D1 Hockey Career. There will be no tears shed on your behalf, since you are such a jerk & bully! Take a good look in the mirror, can you say washed up?

 

Hey Captain DK, What are your plans now that Bayer Dermatology has decided to leave the building? Where do you think you are going to land your next position? Your reputation as a leader is rather horrible! Leading by fear and intimidation are not great strengths that great leaders exhibit. You may want to reconsider your next career path, perhaps trying getting a manager position at McDonalds! Your first probing question can be, "Do you want fries with that order"? Good luck trying to find another DM position, pick a number and wait to see if it will get called. There are too many other real leaders out here looking for employment. Face it, you're not as great as you think you are! You're such a Dick Head!

 

What happened to Bayer Dermatology? It seems that this once great division has hit an iceberg. Good thing that there is enough room in the 'life boats' for the good people who still reside at Bayer Dermatology. Does anyone remember the 'main' issue with the sinking of the HMS Titanic? Answer: There wasn't enough room in the life boats to save everyone aboard her. The resulted in those who were Women & Children first. The 'Rats' were left to fend for themselves. For those of you in Sr. Leadership or who 'kissed up' to Sr. Leadership, we all hope that you get what you deserve! You know who are. Do you have a life-preserver? You are going to need it! The reality is if you treat people unfairly and poorly in the life, it will come back and bite you right is the ass! Maybe this will help you become a better person, but it probably won't because of your view of yourself. To fully understand or comprehend this, it may be beyond your level of intellect or level of self awareness and sometimes the truth just hurts.
