Dude ? Douche bag, you get ACE points for sitting on your lazy monkey ass all day and lying.

Sorry for those who joined Pfizer or transferred to derm expecting something different. The behavior you describe is in pfizer's DNA. Pfizer keeps trying to buy our way into new businesses that most levels of management refuse to try to understand. Every square peg is forced into the familiar round hole.

They need to figure out a CLEAR IC plan. This is nuts.

I'm curious. What are the reps on the Eucrisa team getting in salary and bonus? And by bonus, I am looking for the plan, not what has been paid thus far. You're too new in your launch.

    Ask HR those questions.

Is derm a safer, more secure, spot if transferring from primary care?? Trying to hang on for 8 more years.

Truly disappointed. Everything I'd feared about working for Pfizer is coming true. Metrics are god. There is no other. All can be solved by more reach frequency or calls per day. How pathetically inept. Hey HQ how about we sign a MHC contract for something other than a $70 copay for a maintenance drug. But what do I know...

So when do the reorganization and layoffs begin?

Can someone explain this culture to me? Is the only appropriate response "That's a great idea!"

The right answer is MORE CALLS

    Got it?

Oh yeah, and support the company's social engineering to ride society of all traditional values

the derm reps I met in Vegas were younger, more energetic and positive compared to the sad majority of middle aged reps stuck in their ways and no longer motivated. The derm teams reminded me of Enterprise hires. Younger, attractive, positive energy with the yes mentality. Personally I don't think Pfizer needed a new specialty team since PC could have easily added this to their bag since Viagra is going away.. but by looking at the tired sloppy PC reps, I can see why they hired the 90210 crew

    How are sales of Eucrisa?

Not good and once all the freebies vouchers are gone and sales are flat because people wont pay $70....

Reps wont make any bonus and people will start moving on.

    And paid half the salary!

Half the salary ? Try 2% HIGHER than you old smelly grey beard loafers.

Agreed. Lied to during interview process. Manager amped up the bonus and double bonus potential just to find out no one is making quota with derms AND peds while being surprised with these ridiculous "draws" for commissions. Ridiculous!

Walk away rate at $70 is over 50%. And most of the Peds have over 50% Medicaid which they can't even get a prior authorization for it. Big changes needed if going to make this work.

New to pfizer, unfortunately. Job, territory, & bonus misrepresented during interview. (Attn Pfizer you don't pay quarterly IC) Is it normal for them to misjudge a market so badly? $70 is a no go for most. PA is death in a pediatric clinic. Medicaid is crucial to support this size sales force. How long before they reorganize & layoff?

you need to make more calls on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. That's where Pinnacle is won.

you need to do more speaker programs

you need to be thankful you are at Pfizer, where the best of the best are

now get out of that Starbucks and make some calls. no Medicare coverage is a smoke screen for losers.

if sales don't pick up significantly, role play will greatly increase
