....because they lied about compensation during interviews and then we find out about this “factoring” BS AFTER we accepted the job and left our old companies. How do we get credit for only half of the scripts we generate?! And because we have ridiculous quotas which are not obtainable when you’re compared to major metro markets. Broken mgmt and broken promises...no thank you! Already on phase two of interviews with new company.
First their is no quota so the last person replying was an imposter. Bonus based on mkt share growth and market share. you work hard and grow the business you make $$$
Nope. While those are the measures you failed to mention the most important part. Capped $ and forced ranking. It doesn’t matter how good/bad you do growing biz it only matters how you do relative to everyone else. You could suck and get paid or you could have a great year and get zip. THIS is why many are leaving. (That & metric driven moron DBMs) Pfizer didn’t tell any of this in the interview process. They said “target of $32K/yr”. That is a lie. It’s a terrible way to handle IC. Also “this is different kind of Pfizer” lie, “territories 70/30 derm” lie. The lies add up
