UCB Derm has, in the course of just 2 short months, attracted and hired in the most inept degenerates left in dermatology. It all stems from the top. Truthfully sad because our product, although 3rd to market in derm, has the best contracting and opportunity. Just a blah team. Losers. No excitement. Meanwhile, Dermira has potentially the weakest drug on the market, yet has hired in the best talent available. Why? Amazing leadership. Everyone wants to be there. It is literally the entire old Allergan crew. Solid performers. You would think Jeron would have learned something being over there. SMH. We are screwed.
