Dermik Up For Sale...Galderma Should Buy for Products?

Why wouldn't we buy Dermik? Would make sense-Carac and BenzaClin and Sculptra to ressurect our aesthetics division. May not need their sales reps, but at least the products? I wonder if senior leadership is looking into? Would be interesting. They still have some good products. Metvix was a flop in US, we need an AK product-that would be nice with Carac. Benzaclin is available generically though...might be nice to own the rights to for future development of a Tri-Acne product like Epiduo with a Clindamycin in it???

 

Why buy? They have nothing new. Carac is a $20M product, Sculptra is a flop and Benzaclin is generic. They have NOTHING in the pipe and their shelved items aren't even worth pursuing. Better for Galderma to focus on buying Medicis and get the fillers/botox there and complement our drugs with the #1 written minocylene.

A combined Galderma Medicis is an unstoppable combination that would keep us #1 for years to come.
