Horrible culture already. They don't respect the sales forces in any way. If you have a good DM, that's the gold standard. Stay with a good DM above all. Most companies suck.
PDT doesnt have any good DMs. They are either suck ups from DUSA days which means they havent led anywhere else or they were out of a job and HAD to come to Sun. Havent met 1 rep who likes their DM.
I'd say there are a couple of good DMs. Two to be exact, the other, who was in the west, left the company a few weeks ago. This place is bleeding, the top reps, DMs, COE winners and even home office people have /are leaving. Shit show.
It seems like all the reps are interviewing with Aclaris. Just ask Howard at ECA he will give you the scope on all the reps especially the Nashville girl.
This must be incorrect thread. Dermira hasn’t hired Sales teams yet. RDs, DMs, & Sales Reps will be hired starting in 2018. Jobs posted on website. Sounds like good opportunity.
