yes this company will use a GPS tracker app for mileage. The message it sends to the sales force is “we don’t trust you and are going to monitor you every day”

Top performer will have nothing to worry about, but if you are unfortunately not getting your numbers and your manager doesn’t like you . This App makes it very easy for them to fire you . Your call would have to be entered at exactly the same time your GPS tracker says you’re at an office. For those of us that preload our calls it would mean changing the time to the minute to exactly match up to the GPS tracker.
Really just a juvenile waste of time and speaks a lot about this company.

I have a friend that has to use this now and it is a huge time sucker to manage.

It also is a major invasion of privacy for example if you don’t spend the night at home -maybe sleep at a friends house -the App will know where you start every morning -so if you get into a fight with your spouse or if you have a one night stand the entire company will know where you start your morning or end your day

Before you take this job - ask yourself “is my privacy worth giving up?’

Sad that this company and others care more about how long you are in the field vs how much you get done in the field
Clearly they are looking for inexperienced reps that need babysitting

Such dumb posts. Do your job and quit bitching about working a 9-5. You bring in the numbers, no one gives a shit if u end at 3pm. Dermira is only hiring winners not low cost dweebs like you. Keep selling a doxy.

Another loser who got rejected, and now has to bash the company. Go back to your PC/FP job.

The GPS tracker speaks to the culture of a brand new company. There are plenty of ways to capture mileage and validate performance. A GPS tracker ? Very childish

they aren’t paying reps anyways. Max salary is 120K so if you’re really experienced you’re screwed.

Max salary will be for a select few. Most will not get six figures. Wipes for hyperhidrosis hardly equals a blockbuster. Experienced reps would be foolish to make this move. - IMO

So far, everyone has received 6 figures....liar! Another reject that didn’t make it through a phone screen.

Offering nothing. Not even a 401K match.

Same loser idiot who keeps lying about stuff. I got stock options, so does everyone else. You can purchase stock at a 15% discount. 401K matching starts in 2019.

So when you see a negative comment about Dermira, know that it’s coming from an idiot who didn’t make it past the phone screen. He probably was asked a specific question around strategy, and couldn’t come up with anything.

Anyone know what the car allowance is? Or insurance carrier? Just curious.

True they offer stock options at a discount, but who would want them? Lol investors don’t. Do your homework, Mr. Strategy.

so you admit they offer stock. Why did you lie in the first place then??? Oh, because you got rejected!!!
