    Can anyone give me an idea of what the interview process is like at B.I.? Also, any info pertaining to the Nashville market is much appreciated.

    Typical STAR format. Don't know your market but good idea to find out managed care issues and be able to talk about them. Good luck, aside from the $ its not a bad place to work.
