Was contacted for a role with Medtronic selling Insulin pumps. I have No experience within device but work with all of the physicians that Rx the pump. Can anyone provide insights into what I’d be walking into. Morale, Pay, or anything anyone would like to share. Thank you so much.
Run do not walk run! They sell you on how great it is but management doesn’t care about employees. Unattainable goals for the 2nd year in a row. No one is making money and they don’t care. People are trying to leave!
Bad culture and bad executive decision making continue to hamper this division. High sales targets and nobody making any money will have a detrimental impact on business. A good product cannot make up for poor management.
Hakami creating horrible culture for the division. Not rewarding field for growing the business. That will always come back to bite.
Medtronic intentionally not paying commission to reps for growing the business. Robbing the reps as a cost savings initiative should be a criminal offense. They are stealing money from people that goes to support families and communities. Rotten and unspeakable.
Management continues to ask what’s wrong with the culture and employee engagement. If they have to ask, there’s the problem. Why is every product on back order? Why are goals set so high that nobody is making any money? Why is communication from leadership so bad? Why is decision making around division strategy backwards? How do you recruit senior leadership? See above.
