What is the Dialysis division like? Has there been lots of turnover? Is it a good sales job?

It's actually called Interventional Access. Good products through acquisition and internal R&D. Acquired Vidacare, partnered with Perouse and just launched new Chronic Catheter. Leadership is solid and trying to pay reps what they're worth. Of the 30 reps in the division about 1/3 over $200k in 2014. The rest between 100k-170k.

The comp above seems inflated . If the reps made that much they would never leave . Call the reps in the division . My prediction is they are not tenured and do not make that kind of $ .

They made that kind of money only last year do to the OnControl product. Now merged with the Vascular Division they should do well. Teleflex has changed in the last two years. Stock is up, people are generally happy and 2014 was the best year ever for all business units to include Respiratory, Anesthesia, Cardiac, IA and Vascular.
