    I don't want to see ads. I want to know what is going on. What is the biggest problem in Taro? How can we fix it? How are the new systems working? Are people happier they now have SAP to put on their resumes? Remember the Perfetto speech? At least people will have better skills when they lose their jobs. Write it down. The senior people read this stuff.

    MB is the biggest problem. Turnover is costing the company big $s. Problems trickle down to the entire department.

    This is why you will find a dozen or so ex-Taro employees working down the street at Regeneron and Prestige. They offer all those things plus early Friday dismissal during the winter months.
