Did Bill Carty finally die?

He was such a terrible regional director, did he ever die? I know that he tricked the company into relocating him to northern california after he learned that his house was about to fall off a hillside.

 

I saw him at the ACC in Atlanta three years ago (2005). He was so out of it he forgot why he hated me and talked to me.

 

I hear he had a heart attack last year, and that he is not doing well, but I cannot verify that.

the ugliest, biggest horse's ass face and loved to be kiss-assed by all of his DMs constantly. Plus he hired his japanese protege, Carl (dip-shit) Takata as one of his DMs. All he did was fire 3 straight President Club winners, one who won 5 -in-a-row. One of the biggest downfalls of PD was its inability to get rid of terrible regional and DM managers, they killed many sales rep careers with their ineptness. What a shame.
