Difference in pay between Stryker Divisions?

Are there certain roles at Stryker that have no base pay? I heard that this is/can be the case.

If so, is there typically significant commission upside to offset the risk of there being no base.

Seems strange to me...

 

Bruhhhhh?!?! We don’t need a base, dude! Bonus is based upon size of pecs and gluts multiplied by bench press. Pretty easy, bruh. Just like when we gave those band geeks wedgies!

 

No base pay for all sales roles, except for associates. You are correct. But we are known for the best compensation in the industry. No travel/vehicle account, but you will make double what you would with those ridiculous benefits. At least that’s what my recruiter told me and I totally believe it, bro!
