Take a look at insider transactions for Acorda over the past ten days. Directors and Sr. Mgmt. are exercising options and dumping shares of stock at a pace not seen before. Board member SP dumped over two-hundred thousand shares in the last week. What do they all know that we need to know?

Uh hello. If anyone of you started a company with nothing 15 years ago, put in 15-20 hours per day and gave your heart and soul to it believe me, you would be selling like it was the end of the world too. Your jelousy shines through loud and clear. Ron deserves every penny and since you all work about 3-4 hours per day you deserve what you get. Take your 6 figure salary plus bonus and shut the hell up!

I came here a while back from big pharma (sales). I'm NOT a koolaid drinker and have objectively been looking at everyone/everything in this company. It's not perfect (what is?) and am genuinely impressed overall with my experience thus far. I'm especially excited about our (Acorda's) future. I have built companies before in a previous life and know firsthand what it's like to bust your ass and lose money AND make money! I see nothing wrong with cashing in stock, etc. I'm in sales here and feel fortunate to be promoting Ampyra.

    Just my perspective...

I've taken plenty of ludes but am I wright or am I wrong? All people want to do is complain about everything. It's comical to read this thread when every single person would do the same as Ron and the directors if they only had the initiative and drive to go and do it.

Just a reminder that Cash Out Cohen has never had a belief in this company other than to line his pockets.

This is a long history of failure, fraud and fabrication. Story telling and spin to keep this company solvent, take a salary and get raises for underperformance as they milk the equity tree while shareholders get annihilated. The BOD is either inept or part of the problem or both.

Don't throw stones at Leadership !!! You couldn't do any better given the Covid, Ukrane War, Isreal War, Inflation, HIGH interest rate, Open Border, Intern Issue, Labor Unrest, Ect !!!!

Oh that’s cute. Nice deflection. No one is buying it. People are stating facts…sounds like you are the target of some of those facts…talk about insecure.

“Do this in real life”, yeah with the toxic Amgen culture you brought here…so open to criticism or opposition. We’ve all seen what happens to those who oppose or question senior leadership.

The truth hurts, but trying to call people insecure for pointing out your shortcomings is weak, however not surprising.

Try owning your failures, of which there are many….you seemed to like owning your successes…the few you may have had.

ANOTHER FRAUD STATEMENT WHICH PROVES MY POINT…. First $20, then $30 then $50… now $200. Similar to your annual forecast on inbrija of $800M. And 4 years post launch barely scraping by at $40M… PATHETIC
