It seems that MC has been a big disaster for oncology west. Completely wiped out teams in Michigan/Indiana, Texas, and California.....among others. The massive departures of talent can be squarely blamed on him and his disasterous arrogance, cockiness, and male chauvinism. Also, dIdnt a bunch of reps on his old Atlanta team bolt in his first year as district manager? How much money has this guy cost Eisai with his numerous bad decisions(see “Midwest Oncology Manager” thread). Eisai should fire him....if for no other reason than he was Bill McLean’s brain-turd. Sadly, he’ll probably earn a promotion. SP.....you can change this. Get rid of this bum! You’ll have to, he has Human Resources wrapped around his finger.
