Disclosing participants on a Zoom Call

Is it necessary to inform participants who’s actually on a Zoom Call ? Can someone be on these calls secretively?

 

A great question for Johnson & Johnson Law. I assume you mean while doing a virtual call to physicians and District chats.

 

Perhaps HCC should be on a few of the DM’s planning and strategy zoom calls.

This question is most likely posed by a manager who is feeling out of control. They hate not being able to control their people.

 

U would have to tell the doctor you were being observed wouldn't you? Or J&J would?
