I think it is going to be bad. Do I still get to collect my Rolex? Or my monthly winnings? Or just my unemployment check?

I can't believe anyone in Amgen's BHBU is complaining about hard work and possible no bonus money. How long did you all talk disease state......had no indication.....feed offices...and get fat bonus payouts? Cry cry cry!

 

Hey, wait a minute. This mess is not the fault of the sales reps. They were recruited and given information that was untrue or inaccurate. Arrogant Amgen thought they could sweep into the primary care osteo market and be an instant player. How in the world do you setup a sales force (in this downsizing market) with 6 reps per district manager. This had disaster written all over it. Sales reps do not set the policies that cause them to struggle or fail in the field. The brilliant ones in management are to blame. Amgen had no clue on this one.
