P & G and their nonstop bragging about their diversity is such B.S. If they truly wanted diversity, they would simply hire the best people qualified for the job. As it is now, they are so focused on hiring non-white people, women and LGBT that if you are a white, heterosexual male, you are discriminated against. They don't get any points with their diversity ratings if they hire or promote you. It's discriminatory, the very thing they profess to be against! P & G's culture is a joke.
