    Confusing "equality" with "advantage" is a troubling indicator of what Baxter has become over the last few years.

    Are you kidding? This string provides sooo much insight about people at Baxter. I hope that the hundreds/thousands of people reading through these responses think about what they are or may be stepping into.

    Discrimination is when you have proved you are valuable and talented and you are not given what you deserve. Baxter always discriminates then gets rid of the evidence.

    WTF! Get back to work, people! Baxter's culture is tough, otherwise how this company could grow with such a low level of Innovation, but it grows year after year. People here claiming discrimination are probably low performers just looking for excuses and to blame to others their level of incompetence. What a bunch of losers. Move on, losers!

    HR again? Growth is through cost-cutting.(Eliminating entire divisions) and price gouging through contracts.(IV Fluids,etc.)

    Most of the discriminated against were top performers, that is what discrimination is. You are claiming that all Baxter female employee's over the age of 50 that were divested incompetent?
    Hard facts prove you are either a liar or incompetent.
