Yep, they interview applicants that they know they aren't going to send for second interview so they can hit their numbers, even if you are a top candidate. Does Horizon really think people are that stupid? Won't ever give them the time of day ever again. Very dishonest and shady behavior.
The tone comes from the top they say. Until executives stop treating people who aren't just like them, or in the click, with some respect and give credit for contributions then hiring new people isn't only gonna make the Nbs frustrted and leave.
Horizon has lots of diversity. We have cast offs from Lundbeck, Abbvie, Otsuka and Takeda. How much more diverse can we get?
