KOL's hate the product and think it sux and 90% of them will not use it
The company has no plan on than reach and frequency
They actually count calls, like they are real and like they matter
They have no market development plan, none, just make more calls
They have no patient advocacy development plan, none, just go to walks, but don't talk to patients
They simultaneously scared of their shadow and take no risk in the marketplace and demonically evil to their employees, they fire people when they come back from medical leave and fire employees for hyper minor offenses
They really don't give a crap about patients, and screw over customers repeatedly
The Japaneese culture, values one thing, profits and not people, they treat people like CRAP
70% turnover in 2.5 years, its fact and its real
They have no science, no r&d, no pipeline, no plan and no vision
Add to that northern New Jersey culture and Japaneese selfishness, terrible company
The company is full of liars in the home office and PT is top of the list
Crappy benefits, Crappy Health Plan, No Stock (as if I would want any), Crappy IC plan, pretty much crappy all over, really don't come here

Don’t know why....... from what was shared they went into a gray area regarding compliance. The company has been more than open about how conservative they are and how there is no room for even the slightest slip up. Think twice before acting or writing something if you’re concerned it could happen to you.

 

This company makes shit up and eat their own and fire people for no reason, despite profound mismanagement and profound hypocrisy from upper management. Reps are as disposable as paper plates here, all while the empty suits that are management hang around and DO NOTHING!!!!!!! Complete crap show and for whichever lackey from the home office is checking cafe pharma (LOL), why don't you stop sucking, leave rare disease FOREVER, and YOU quit.
