we just got our 2019 award all as one grant if we are misfortunate enough to be retained, it looks like our target equity is protected for 1 year, so we get a 2020 equity award equal to our normal target? any idea if it will be RSUs, options and if it will be in one grant? I know once we get gobbled up by BMS, they only give equity to their senior leadership so this will be the last of actually working like I belong to the company.
