Did you automatically qualify for the pension based o years with the company or do you start all over?
Here's another question. When MDT acquired COV - for the COV folks who left and were hired by MDT pre-merger do these folks get retroactive or retrospective seniority with respect to vacation time etc? This was apparently the case when Stryker bought Mako Surgical and I am very curious of Medrronic was generous in similar vein.
Pension? Those are for government workers. No pensions for years at COV or any other medical company unless you also have a golden parachute LOL!
