Does FDA or DOJ care?

Several MDT divisions cited by CDRH for failure to secure compliance in clinical trials where patients have DIED. They're too worried about sales!! When will the government wake up and enforce the regulations, law, AND PATIENTS? How about the Park Doctrine? Or a consent decree? FDA is a joke!

 

Does the FDA care? Mayyyyybe. Maybe a little but they will certainly not bite the hands that feeds them. MDT's and others have donations into the medical lobbyists that are in the $100's of millions.

 

Let's face it. MDT buys their customers and the FDA. Look at Medicare Open Payments, for example.

 

It's sad to see competitors trolling the Medtronic board. Go spread this BS within your own company.
