Domestic Partner Insurance

    I was going to interview for an open Opko position. How does a Global company like Opko Health not have Domestic Partner Insurance in this day and age?

    You are right they should have it but they don’t ... they also don’t have leadership ..... believe me you don’t want to be here ....... a bunch of lies ... that is all it is

    Because; people can and do game the domestic partner options. It is foolish for a company to offer it!!! Now that same sex marriage is legal, there is no reason you cannot get insurance for a same sex partner. You just have to commit and get married.

    No domestic partner insurance
    Poor maternity leave
    Spousal surcharge
    No minorities in leadership positions
    Different treatment for women vs men for promotional opportunities
    No merit increases
    Promotions are only available to friends of the Kentucky Fried Jerk
