Doug Haling?

The definition of a management nightmare at AbbVie if there ever was one! Leadership skills are beyond pathetic and nonexistent. Just another token management hire!

 

This dude has to be the most annoying manager in the history of AbbVie. Business reviews with him are a nightmare and the biggest waste of time. I see why there is such animosity towards him on this board. Why anyone that has other options would want to work for him is anybody’s guess

 

Doug has helped me & my family through some rough times. I’ll always be there for him.

Yup, as most of us have agreed. We would love to see Doug take a territory and grow it. The dude couldn’t sell heroin to a full blown addixt. He’s that bad!

 

Yup, such a perfect example of leadership at our company. A total joke of management and everybody knows it but won’t admit it. Just part of the bigger scam that’s going on at our company!
