Recently contacted about position with Dova. Looks like its just a single drug. What is the competitive market like? What is the culture like? How has the purchase of Dova by Sobi impacted the sales force?
Can someone share the pros as well as the challenges in working for this company?

Lesson learned: keep your job by shutting up, doing what your told even when it is wrong, and stroking fragile egos, rather than speaking up for doing what is right and will drive the future success of the company.

No thank you! Would ever want to learn that.

 

There will be more! they keep dumping huge goal increases on us during the pandemic and now they have put a bunch of people on pips.

 

quota increases and PIPS? WTF!!, at a time like this when we are prohibited from entering offices? This is treating your people like expendable garbage and its no wonder everyone is getting the hell out!

Besides this being cruel and heartless during the Covid crisis, is it even legal to put them on a PIP and force the TBM's to make calls in order to keep their jobs?

 

More layoffs are coming, why else would they make everyone redo those damn micromanaging account plans? ML foolishly promised 1000% growth during the pandemic year to brown nose his bosses and we are all paying for it!

 

Senior leadership is defined in two words: inexperienced men.

 

A lot more good people just quit including 2 more regional managers and they refused to even acknowledge it (much less do something to halt the exodus)! Can anyone tell us what the hell is going on here!?
