    Most likely fired, but at that level he has legal stipulations that allow him to walk away with a nice severance package. Most likely set up before he accepted his nice ACL job.

    All Doxie and Frank has in common is the color of their skin. Frank embezzled money from the company. Don’t lump Doxie in with that.

    Actually, you don’t know that at all. You don’t know who this guy/gal is, who they competed against for the job, or what qualifications they bring. Countering a racist argument with a racist response doesn’t accomplish anything.

    Honey I'm sure you've benefited to. We ALL know that the most talented and qualified candidates don't get opportunties here at NNI. I'm white and I see it happen to other whites. Being talented is a disadvantage if you want to advance your career here.

    People of color are gone. Vendor contracts with minority companies are gone, excluding white women. Easy to see what’s going on here in HR
