At Dr. Reddy Labs (not sure if this affects your division), a new National Sales Director was hired. Caution to all this may pertain to: this guy is not to be trusted at all. He has been fired a number of times from previous companies in this industry. He starts by buddying up to upper management so he has their ear, then targets at people he feels should be fired. Many times these are blown out of proportion 'charges' against reps, but he has managements ear. Finally, after about 12-16 months when management realizes this guy is a phony and destroys whatever morale is left, he is fired. But by then, it's a little to late. Beware of this guy, he pretends to be a Christian, but is very sneaky, evil and can cause unsuspecting reps to be without a job and blacbkballed from their current company. This guy is no good, really watch your backs.

I remember this guy would silently listen in on my regular call- in times with my manager and other in office personnel. Really sneaky bordering on paranoia. Chances are old habits will happen again & again wherever he goes
