Avanir needs to drain the HR and Management Swamp !!!!!

The problem with high turnover and low morale lies with HR toxic behavior and extremely poor management

 

I guess they started the draining with the Chicago NAM manager.

how is it possible that someone with only a 4 yr degree and very small previous company experience can become Vice President of Finance? I find that very interesting - No MBA, no CPA.

We had a few of those at my previous company. They were either friends of the CEO or the only ones who would take the job for what was being offered. Keep in mind that a newbie finance VP can be more easily manipulated than someone who can walk out and get another high level job elsewhere.

 

Interesting. I too find it interesting how a VP of Finance Stephanie Braun can become a VP of any kind without an extended degree. Otsuka is a big company so this is surprising. I went to the Avanir website and the VP of Finance is the only one that doesn't have show a biography on their position, previous experience, and education. Seems odd.

This place is the WORST place to work ever.

It's hostile for more sales #s for PBA, 99% of the business is off-label(agitation and aggressive behavior)

Onzetra is argueably one of the biggest DAWGS in prescription drug history

We can't pay off prescribers anymore with multiple programs a day, no more speakers lunches and we need certain deciled customers for dinners programs

I agree with Anon- Avanir is in shit shape right now. Cancelling programs out of nowhere literally pulled the carpet from under the sales-team. It was a great way to make us lose credibility with our prescribers and our speakers.

No one wants the damn puffer! Everyone thinks it's weird!

If we have any hope of selling this damn thing, we will literally have to shove it down the noses of everyone, and without these programs, we are all-out fucked.

And another big Fuck You to my manger--you're an ass, but i don't have the tits to say it to your face, yet.

Stephanie Braun is a CPA and her knowledge is strong. Avanir's previous VP of Finance, Christine Ocampo doesn't have much experience and high education either.
